About Freelance Design Solutions

Freelance Design Solutions is a small family run business based in Doncaster. It was founded in 2006 by Ben Johnson.

Ben has experience in many fields of design. His design interest started many years ago. After taking art and design at school, he went on to complete a National Diploma in Product design and a Higher National Diploma in Industrial Design and engineering. In his career he has had positions such as designing indoor playgrounds, Cartoonist, draughtsman and also a design engineer in the construction industry. His responsibilities have also included website work, company literature design and database management.

He has also completed courses on 3D design, graphic design and photography. Many of his skills have be born through his personal study and constant interest in computer design.

Ben is supported in his efforts by his brother Simon who is also an illustrator and qualified to HNC level in Construction and CAD systems.

Also their sister Charlotte who has a HNC in tv, music and media studies. Although Charlotte won't be officially launching our Media services until summer 2009, we are happy to take enquiries now. So if you have a media project in the pipeline, we'll be happy to start the ground work straight away.
